Bees Knees Guest House is an AA, Highly Commended, Licensed, accommodation provider. In recognition of their hard work and high standards, Both Shell and Graham have had their achievements recognised by the AA by being awarded the AA's Egg Cup award for their breakfasts being above the expected standard and quality of a Four Star accommodation provider in Poole.  More recently Shell was one of the finalists at the AA Awards ceremony for the title of "The Friendliest Land Lady of the Year" Award 2009 - 2010.

Lies between Bournemouth and Poole, situated in a small suburb of Poole known as Branksome. About half way between Bournemouth and Poole, our B & B in Poole is an ideal location to explore Dorset's fantastic scenery. From the famous Jurassic Coast Line to Thomas Hardy's famous Dorset country side, there is always plenty of things to do. With many top tourist attractions like  Brownsea Island, the beautiful Compton Acres Gardens & Sand Banks Peninsular. All within easy reach of our Guest house here in Poole.. 

Our Guest House is extremely accessible by all modes of transport and an ideal place to stop over for people using Condor Ferries or Bournemouth International Airport to destinations in Europe. If travelling via public transport, you can reach us by British Rail or National Express coaches. Travel by vehicle is easy too; we are within easy access to the M27, M3 and M25 motorways.Off street parking is available. NO CHILDREN UNDER 18.
